In the picture on the left, at 16 years old, I possessed over 3 years of training experience, yet I almost looked and felt worse than ever. WHY? I lacked a clear goal, proper exercise knowledge, nutritional understanding, and self-accountability.

 

In the picture on the right, at 19 years old, after three years of meticulous program planning, utilizing correct exercise techniques, maintaining healthy habits, and fostering self-accountability, I was able to transform into the best version of myself. What a turnaround from my state at 16!

 

Planning programs, devising balanced meals, acquiring the right exercise knowledge, and maintaining accountability are certainly not easy tasks. This is precisely why I chose to become a personal trainer—to eliminate the guesswork from your fitness journey, sparing you from a 3-year journey similar to mine. All I ask in return is your commitment to SELF-ACCOUNTABILITY!

Nutrition & Weight Loss

With the assistance of personalized dietary guidance, daily lifestyle recommendations, and a tailored training regimen, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your weight goals within a matter of months!

Athletic training

Doesn't matter if you are a basketball, soccer, or tennis player. You can still incorporate weight training in your respective sports. Giving you the edge to beat those that don't!

Hypertrophy Training

Building more muscle not only enhances your physical appearance but, more importantly, contributes to an overall sense of well-being. So, why not invest in your health, prevent injuries, and achieve a great aesthetic in the process?

Strength Training

Indeed, strength comes naturally as you train consistently. But to truly take it to the next level, to hit that new PR. Your program, your nutrition, and your daily habits play a huge role!

Other Training Methods

In special cases, I can also focus more on flexibility, plyometrics, and rehabilitation training.

One Requirement!

location

To become one of my clients, you don't need any prior experience or specific qualifications. The only requirement is your location, as I primarily work and train in-person clients in Richmond, BC, Canada. I also extend my services to clients located in the Greater Vancouver area, including Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, and New Westminster.

Unfortunately, I do not work with clients beyond these specified locations. If none of these locations are suitable for you, I recommend exploring my 'Online Coaching Programs
