I Was Frustrated With My Results Too...

I have been training for almost 10 years. During this time, I have not only learned how to achieve an amazing physical physique but also how to maintain that condition year-round. However, it wasn't always as clear-cut as it may seem. There was a time when my relationship with fitness was filled with frustration, wasted effort, and guesswork. Took me years of trial and error and countless hours of study. But now, I have the keys to achieving the body I have always wanted. Equipped with these insights, I can now do the same for my clients.

As a coach, I have come to understand that my highest-held ideal is helping others solve problems I've worked tirelessly to solve for myself. That is why this is not just another preset training program; it's an interactive coaching service, and I will be working with you personally to help you unlock your true potential.

How The Online Program Works

My role involves crafting a personalized workout plan tailored to your specific goals, fitness level, and body type. Utilizing the insights gathered from your questionnaire and forms, I will meticulously narrow down and customize a program that's fitting for YOU.

Upon selecting and enrolling in a program, you will gain exclusive access to the members-only section of the site. 

Step 3

(Questionnaire)

 

You will receive a fill-out form. With all the necessary details I need to plan and create the perfect program for YOU!

Step 4

(Consultation)

After receiving your program, I will arrange an onboarding call with you. During this session, we will delve into a detailed discussion about your program, making any necessary adjustments to ensure it aligns perfectly with your needs and preferences.

How I've Made Online Training More Like Personal Training!

At many online training platforms, clients often encounter challenges when attempting to communicate with their trainers or support teams. However, here at Fitness With Tristan, our clients need not be concerned.

We offer a variety of channels for seeking support, including the 'Questions?' feature, direct email communication, and scheduled consultations. Additionally, members who have enrolled in programs have the convenience of reaching out to me directly through text, phone calls, or Facetime for prompt assistance!

  • Is this an international service?
    Yes very! The majority of my clients are quite evenly distributed between the Canada, USA, and Europe.
  • Who is the coaching program for?
    That's an excellent question, typically speaking those who have the best chance to succeed in the programs are those who are looking for a permanent solution to their health and fitness issues. If any of the following statements ring true for you, you're in the right place. "I'm tired, stressed and have no energy at the moment and want to feel like me again" "I don't know whether what I'm doing is right or wrong, I see some results but I second guess everything I'm doing and wish someone could give me a program I knew would work for me" "I've lost my way with my health & fitness habits, I need some help and accountability to get motivated again" "I don't need to do anything extreme, but if I could lose some weight and gain some muscle in the next three months without living like a bodybuilder I'd love that"
  • How does the online programs work?
    Everybody is different and your body responds to diet and exercises differently, so a generic plan you find online may not work as advertised... and that's where I come in. My online personal training service is a comprehensive fitness coaching approach that involves your exercise history, current fitness levels, and personal logistics (by way of gym access, home fitness equipment etc). Whilst there are some great governing principles with regards to exercise, my service seeks to combine the exact set of variables that will give you the confidence that your program is going to work for you, essentially my role is to remove all guesswork from your health and fitness pursuits!   • What if I travel a lot?
    For those that travel frequently, this service is perfect, as I am able to adapt your program based on hotel gyms, or even move to bodyweight training if you don't have access to equipment.
  • Do I need gym equipments or access to a gym to work with you?
    No, because each program is individually written, I will work with all the exercise equipment that is available to you. If you don't have access to a gym and need some equipment to help you reach your goal, I will make the necessary suggestions.
  • What are the differences between the 3 packages?
    All training programs include: Tailor-made training program Onboarding call to discuss your program macronutrient profile and targets Daily instant messaging support Weekly check-in and report Access to client only back site and services Health habit suggestions for your lifestyle Within that service level, there are some differences between the three programs which are: Entry Level: This program includes a macronutrient and caloric target suggestion profile for you! With a custom program that only involves weight training, cardio and stretches General Level: This program includes a general meal plan suggestion based on your macro nutrition profile that is perfect for your goals. With a precise planning of your in gym workout routines Signature+: This program contains everything in the general level program and is bolstered with a monthly one-hour virtual personal training session for face-to-face coaching, which I will deliver personally.
  • Do you help with my medical injuries/conditions?
    As I am not a medical professional, I cannot diagnose injuries. I would recommend seeing a medical doctor about any injuries before starting an exercise program. Medical advice is not part of my services. To be clear, while my exercise programs are aimed toward optimal health, they are not intended to replace personal medical advice. However, if your doctors allow you to exercise and you understand the nature of your illness, injury, or disease, and you need a trainer to work with you to adapt your workout accordingly, you are in the right place!
  • What happens after I finished a 12 week program package, can I continue to work with you?
    Absolutely, I believe it's important to commit to 12 weeks as our initial period of working together as this is an ideal time frame for us to achieve excellent results and also form lasting habits. Following the initial program, we can move forward on a monthly basis, and you can cancel at any time. These are the month-to-month rates for the various coaching tiers: Entry: $60 General: $80 Signature+: $150
